Overnight cleaning for restaurants and cafes on International Drive, in Winter Park, and around Mills 50, starting after the last table clears and the front doors lock.
Kitchens on International Drive, around Winter Park, and along the Mills 50 corridor turn tables late, and the closing shift is already spent when the last guest walks out. Our crew comes in after the doors lock, when the line is cold and the floor is clear. Anti slip mats come up and go outside, the quarry tile underneath gets degreaser and a deck brush worked into the grout line, and the mats are scrubbed on both sides before they go back down. Grease migrates upward, so we wash the wall behind the cook line, the hood skirt, and the outside of the exhaust housing where film builds first. Floor drains get flushed and the strainer baskets get pulled and rinsed.
The dining room is a different job and it needs different cloths. Booth seams, chair rails, table bases, and the ledge under the bar top all hold what a closing wipe skips. High dust comes first, including light fixtures, ceiling vents, and the top of the beer cooler, then the floor goes last so nothing settles on a surface we already finished. Public restrooms get fixtures descaled, the base of the toilet cleaned where the seal meets tile, and the partition hardware wiped. Every chemical, cloth, and machine rides in on our van, and if something gets missed, tell us within twenty four hours and we come back and redo it at no charge.
