What a commercial agreement here actually contains
Nobody managing a building needs a brochure. They need to know what was promised, who is walking in, and who answers the phone the night something goes wrong.

Need the certificate of insurance before we start? Ask for it on the form and it goes to your association or property manager the same week, naming them if that is what they require.

How do you price a job?
One flat number per visit, agreed before anything starts. It comes out of the walkthrough: how many bathrooms, how much of the home is actually lived in, pets, the amount of glass and stone, how often we come and what goes on the scope. Once it is set it does not move unless you change the scope.
Is the walkthrough really free?
Yes, and there is nothing attached to it. Rosemary comes out, walks the rooms with you, writes the scope and sends the number. If you decide not to book, that is the end of it. Nobody calls you back four times.
Is there a contract?
Not on a home. Residential plans run visit to visit and you can stop with a couple of days of notice. Commercial buildings usually run a twelve month agreement because staff, keys and equipment get committed to your site, and those carry a thirty day exit. Rentals run per turnover with no minimum.
Can you use products that are safe for kids and pets?
Yes, at no extra charge. Ask for the gentle plan and the whole cart changes, not only the floor cleaner. It comes up constantly in newer Lake Nona and Horizon West homes where the quartz and the luxury vinyl are unsealed and a general purpose spray will dull them permanently.
