We clean your gym around a floor that never closes

Cleaning for Orlando gyms and fitness studios, built around sweat on the equipment, rubber flooring, mirrors, locker rooms and showers, and a floor that never really closes.

A 24 hour gym never actually empties, so the work gets split rather than squeezed into one block. We build a route that hits the busiest zones during your quietest hour and rotates the deeper items through the week. Sweat is the real problem here: it soaks into upholstery seams, dries on the handlebars, and sits in the bolt heads on the frame. Every machine gets its contact points wiped, including grips, handles, seat pads, screen bezels, and the rails on the selectorized stacks. Free weight handles, rack uprights, and bench pads get the same treatment because they are touched just as often.

Rubber flooring behaves nothing like tile and most crews treat it the same way anyway. Too much water leaves a residue that reads as haze under the overhead lights, so we use a neutral cleaner at the right dilution and pull the solution back off instead of letting it dry in place. Mirrors are done edge to edge so no cloudy band sits at hand height, and the frame and the floor seam underneath get wiped as well. Locker rooms and showers take the largest share: bench undersides, locker tops, drain covers, and joint lines brushed where they darken first. Spin and yoga studios get the floor, the mirror wall, the prop shelving, and the bike frames including the flywheel guard and the pedal cages.

What we hear before the first night

These four come up in almost every walkthrough of a gyms and studios. If any of them describe your building, they belong in the written scope.

Sweat dries into the upholstery seams and the smell settles into the room.

Rubber flooring holds a haze that a wet mop only spreads further around.

Mirrors keep a cloudy band at hand height from wipes and spray bottles.

Shower grout is darker in the corners than it is anywhere in the middle.
