Book a single visit when the date will not move

Each of those is one visit with a hard deadline, and that needs a different order of operations than a standing schedule.

We keep openings in the week for exactly this, and Saturday hours make the tight ones possible. Call in the morning and there is a fair chance a crew gets out within a day or two, though you will hear it straight when we cannot instead of a booking we quietly miss. If the only opening is Friday at two and your showing is Friday at ten, you hear that and you keep your options.
