Get the buildup out that a weekly wipe never reaches

Humidity does the damage here that most people blame on the cleaning. Shower grout goes gray, the rubber sweep on the glass door grows a dark line, and the caulk where the tub meets the wall starts to spot. None of that lifts with a spray and a rinse, so a deep cleaning is where somebody sits down with a brush and works the joint itself. We treat the grout, let the product sit long enough to matter, brush along the line and rinse from the top down. The door seal and the bottom channel come out cleaner because they get scrubbed on their own instead of in passing.

Kitchens carry the other half of the job. Grease drifts off the range and lands on the cabinet doors above it, on the hood filter and on the wall behind the backsplash, and in this climate it turns sticky rather than dry. We pull the grates, degrease the cooktop, clean the hood filter and hand wipe the cabinet fronts with a product that will not strip the finish. The oven interior and the refrigerator shelves are separate items you can add or leave off the scope. In spring the oak pollen finds every horizontal surface and every window sill, and that yellow film comes off with a damp pass rather than getting pushed around dry.

When a deep cleaning is the right call

A deep cleaning makes sense when a house has been on a light routine for a long stretch, when you just took over a property, or right before regular service starts. It takes longer than a standard visit and it costs more, because the work is hand work on surfaces that need contact time. We look at the real condition during the free walkthrough and tell you honestly whether you need it or whether a normal visit will do. There is no reason for us to sell a deep cleaning into a house that does not need one.

The scope gets written area by area so the heavy items are listed by name and you can see what you are paying for. Add the refrigerator interior, drop the garage, keep the guest room closed, all of it is decided before the crew arrives and the price reflects it.
