We clean Orlando houses room by room, every visit

Most homes here are single story block with tile or LVP running through the main rooms and carpet only in the bedrooms. That layout hides dirt in two places, along the baseboard edge and down in the grout line, and a fast mop misses both. Our crew vacuums the hard floors first with a machine that lifts grit out of the grout, then damp mops with a clean pad per section of the house. Bedrooms get the carpet vacuumed in two directions so the pile stands back up. The kitchen and the bathrooms take the longest, and we plan the visit around that fact.

The air handler runs almost every day of the year in Orange County, so the return grille pulls a gray film onto the ceiling and onto the top of the door casing. Ceiling fans spin through that same air and throw the buildup back down onto furniture within a week. We wipe fan blades top and bottom with a damp cloth instead of a duster that only moves the load around. The return grille and the supply vents get wiped every visit, not once in a while. Garage entries pick up the worst of the rain mud, so that doorway and the mat area are part of the standard route.

How a standard visit runs

Before we quote anything, Rosemary or a lead walks the house with you and writes down what each room needs. That walkthrough is free and it ends with a scope on paper, room by room, with the price for the visit set before we start. You know what is in and what is out, so nothing gets added at the end and nothing gets skipped because the clock ran out. If you want the guest bath left alone and the laundry room added instead, we change the sheet and the number, not the invoice later.

The same crew comes back to your address so they learn where the sensitive surfaces are. Everything they use arrives in the van, including the vacuum, the pads, the cloths and the products, and none of it shows up as a separate charge. Ask for gentle products around a baby, an older relative or a dog and you get them at no added cost. If something got missed, call within twenty four hours and the crew returns to redo that part without charging you.
