Cleaning built around your home, not a stopwatch
Eight residential programs across Orange, Seminole and Osceola County. Houses, condos, second homes, new builds and short term rentals, each on one agreed number and a scope you signed off on first.
Pick the visit your house actually needs
Most houses open with one reset and then settle into a standing visit. Everything else here exists because a closing date, a finished renovation, a guest arriving or a booking calendar changed what the job actually is.
House Cleaning
Kitchens, bathrooms, floors and fan blades cleaned on a written room by room scope you approve first.
DetailsDeep Cleaning
Grout lines, shower seals, oven interiors and patio door tracks scrubbed on a longer, slower visit.
DetailsRecurring Cleaning
Pick weekly, every other week or monthly. The same crew learns your home and the scope stays on paper.
DetailsMove In and Move Out Cleaning
Empty cabinets, appliance interiors and floors cleaned for the exit inspection or the day you take keys.
DetailsVacation Rental Turnover
Checkout at ten and check in at four, with the house reset in between and photo proof sent to your phone.
DetailsPost Construction Cleaning
Drywall dust vacuumed instead of wiped, adhesive pulled off glass, paint spatter taken off the hardware.
DetailsCondo and Apartment Cleaning
Compact units where the kitchen and the bathroom are the whole job, cleaned on the building schedule.
DetailsOne Time and Last Minute Cleaning
A single visit, often the same week, for company arriving, a showing on the calendar or a party cleanup.
DetailsAsked for under other names
Same crew, same number, same written scope. These pages exist because plenty of people search for the job by its own name rather than typing house cleaning.
Maid Service
Maid service in Orlando with a written room by room list, the same crew at your door, and one price per visit set after a free walkthrough with Rosemary.
DetailsCleaning Prices
What actually moves the price of a cleaning in Orlando, written out plain: bathroom count, rooms in real use, frequency, pets, glass, stone, and how the house starts.
DetailsVacation Rental Turnover Checklist
The turnover list we run on rental homes in Kissimmee, Davenport, Championsgate, Celebration, and Reunion, between a 10am checkout and a 4pm check in, with proof photos.
DetailsIncluded in every home visit, whatever you booked
None of this is an add on and none of it is conditional. Every line sits inside the number you were already quoted.
- The room by room list you approved, held on your file
- The same crew on your address, visit after visit
- Every product, cloth, liner, vacuum and mop arriving with us
- Entry mats lifted so the grit underneath comes up as well
- A rotation so trim, vents and fan blades come round monthly
- A free return visit if anything on your list got missed
Residential at a glance
Pets, sensitivities and any surface needing its own product go on your file at the walkthrough.
Residential questions
If your question is not here, call and ask it. We would rather tell you a smaller job is enough than sell you a bigger one.
How do you price a job?
One flat number per visit, agreed before anything starts. It comes out of the walkthrough: how many bathrooms, how much of the home is actually lived in, pets, the amount of glass and stone, how often we come and what goes on the scope. Once it is set it does not move unless you change the scope.
Is there a contract?
Not on a home. Residential plans run visit to visit and you can stop with a couple of days of notice. Commercial buildings usually run a twelve month agreement because staff, keys and equipment get committed to your site, and those carry a thirty day exit. Rentals run per turnover with no minimum.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. If your HOA, condo association, building or property manager needs a certificate of insurance naming them as additional insured, send us the exact wording and we have it issued and sent directly to them.
What if something gets missed?
Tell us inside twenty four hours and the crew comes back and redoes it at no charge. It works because what was included got written down before the first visit, so nobody is arguing about whether it should have been done.
Tell us about the property
The walkthrough costs nothing and nobody pitches you at it. We look, we ask what keeps going wrong, and we put the number and the list in writing. You decide after that, in your own time.
- We come out free and nothing gets signed
- A written room by room list, not a promise made on the phone
- A flat price per visit, never a running clock
- Certificate of insurance issued to your association on request
- The same crew returns to your address
- A couple of days of notice ends a house plan, no penalty

Read the whole list before anyone touches the house.
