Straight answers, before you call
Pricing, keys, insurance, contracts, products, gentle plans and coverage. If your question is not on this page, call and it gets answered on the spot.
Everything we get asked
If your question is not here, call and ask it. We would rather tell you a smaller job is enough than sell you a bigger one.
Do you clean homes, offices and vacation rentals?
All three, and they run as separate programs. Homes are cleaned during the day on a residential scope. Offices and commercial suites are cleaned after hours with commercial equipment. Vacation rentals run on a turnover checklist tied to your checkout and check in times, with photos sent before the unit is released.
How do you price a job?
One flat number per visit, agreed before anything starts. It comes out of the walkthrough: how many bathrooms, how much of the home is actually lived in, pets, the amount of glass and stone, how often we come and what goes on the scope. Once it is set it does not move unless you change the scope.
Is the walkthrough really free?
Yes, and there is nothing attached to it. Rosemary comes out, walks the rooms with you, writes the scope and sends the number. If you decide not to book, that is the end of it. Nobody calls you back four times.
Is there a contract?
Not on a home. Residential plans run visit to visit and you can stop with a couple of days of notice. Commercial buildings usually run a twelve month agreement because staff, keys and equipment get committed to your site, and those carry a thirty day exit. Rentals run per turnover with no minimum.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. If your HOA, condo association, building or property manager needs a certificate of insurance naming them as additional insured, send us the exact wording and we have it issued and sent directly to them.
Do I have to be home?
Most clients are not. Give us a gate code, a door code or a lockbox once, it goes on your file and we lock up behind us. Plenty of people prefer to be there for the first visit to walk the rooms together, and that usually makes the written scope better.
What if something gets missed?
Tell us inside twenty four hours and the crew comes back and redoes it at no charge. It works because what was included got written down before the first visit, so nobody is arguing about whether it should have been done.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Every visit, machines included. Vacuums, mops, microfiber, liners and products all arrive in the van. Nothing is charged as an extra and nothing runs out halfway through a bathroom. If you want a product you already own used on one specific surface, leave it out with a note.
Can you use products that are safe for kids and pets?
Yes, at no extra charge. Ask for the gentle plan and the whole cart changes, not only the floor cleaner. It comes up constantly in newer Lake Nona and Horizon West homes where the quartz and the luxury vinyl are unsealed and a general purpose spray will dull them permanently.
Which areas do you actually cover?
Orange County first, then Seminole and Osceola. Orlando, Winter Park, Maitland, Lake Nona, Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Winter Garden, Apopka, Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, Oviedo and Sanford, plus Kissimmee and Celebration on the Osceola side.
Can you clean an office after hours?
That is how nearly all of our commercial work runs. Offices after five or before seven, medical and dental suites after the last patient, salons after close, retail before the doors unlock. We work around your hours instead of asking you to close for us.
How soon can you start?
A walkthrough usually happens within a couple of business days and the price follows the same day. New recurring homes normally start the following week. Turnovers, move outs and last minute bookings get pushed to the front when a check in, a closing or a showing is driving the calendar.
Tell us about the property
The walkthrough costs nothing and nobody pitches you at it. We look, we ask what keeps going wrong, and we put the number and the list in writing. You decide after that, in your own time.
- We come out free and nothing gets signed
- A written room by room list, not a promise made on the phone
- A flat price per visit, never a running clock
- Certificate of insurance issued to your association on request
- The same crew returns to your address
- A couple of days of notice ends a house plan, no penalty
Straight answers
Outside those hours it goes to voicemail and comes back the next business morning.
Get your free walkthrough
Tell us where the property is and what it needs. The list and the price come back, usually the same business day.
Still not sure? Bring the question to the walkthrough.
It costs nothing and nothing is signed. If a smaller service would do the job just as well, you will be told that instead of sold the bigger one.
