Orlando Elite Service Corp cleans homes and buildings across Orange, Seminole and Osceola County on one rule: nothing about your clean is left to a guess, and nothing about the price is discovered on the day.
Orlando Elite works out of Orlando and cleans houses, offices, practices and short term rentals across Orange, Seminole and Osceola County. Rosemary Elesbao runs it. She is the person who walks your property, writes the scope, sets the number and answers the phone afterward, and that is deliberate rather than a stage the company has not grown out of yet.
This trade moves on word of mouth in Central Florida, which means one bad Tuesday travels further than any ad could. So the work has to hold on the visit nobody watches, in the room nobody checks, on a week when the crew is short. Everything below is the structure that makes that repeatable instead of lucky.
Why the number is settled before anyone starts
Almost every complaint we hear about a previous cleaner is a money story. The price climbed after the first visit, an extra hour turned up on the invoice, or the quote quietly assumed the garage entry and the guest bathroom were somebody else's problem.
Here the number is settled first and it is per visit, never per hour. You know the cost before anybody parks outside, and it moves only when you ask for something to be added to the scope. A clock running inside your kitchen is not a service, it is a meter with a person attached.
Why the same crew keeps your address
Sending whoever is free that morning resets your house to zero every visit. The new person does not know the second bathroom goes unused for months, that the patio slider sticks, or that the entry tile takes a different product than the plank floor two feet away. What arrives is an average clean instead of yours.
Your address keeps its crew. Somewhere around the third or fourth visit they stop reading the scope and start moving through the house the way you would, and that is usually the week people stop arranging their day around a cleaning.
What we are not
Not a franchise and not a lead broker. The form on this site lands with us, not with three companies that bought your number and are racing to dial it first. The person who walks your property works here, and so do the people who clean it.
We are also not the cheapest number you will be given, and pretending otherwise would waste your time. Insurance, machines, real products and paying people properly all cost money a cash operation never spends. What that buys is a service you stop needing to inspect.
Where we work from
We are based in Orlando, which puts Winter Park, Maitland, Baldwin Park, Dr. Phillips and Windermere inside a short drive, Lake Nona and Winter Garden on the daily loop, and Kissimmee, Celebration, Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, Oviedo and Sanford on the regular routes. We look at the property before we price it
The walkthrough is free and it takes about twenty minutes in a house. It is the only honest way to price the work and the only way to catch what a phone call misses, from the second refrigerator in the garage to the shower nobody has used since March.
One number per visit, agreed before we start
You see the price before anybody is scheduled and it does not move. Add a room or add the oven and you approve that change first. No clock running, no line items appearing at the bottom of an invoice.
The scope is written room by room
What gets cleaned goes on paper and gets agreed with you up front, garage entry and screened patio included, so there is no argument afterward about whether the guest suite or the pool bath counted.
Your address keeps its crew
The same people come back. By the third visit they know the alarm code, which slider sticks and that the entry tile takes a different product than the wood in the den. You stop needing to be home.
Every product and machine rides with us
Vacuums, mops, cloths, liners and the whole product cart arrive in the van. Nothing is billed back to you. If one surface in your house needs one specific product, that product lives in the van from then on.
Humidity gets treated as the actual job
Grout lines, shower corners, window channels, door seals and the AC return covers get worked every visit instead of once a year. In this climate that is the whole difference between a house that stays clean and one that goes gray by August.
